We’re going to start at the beginning and cover everything from posture and core strength basics, to the foundational movement patterns, to the components of an effective strength training program, and finally how to progress any strength training program.
Each class will include 45 minutes of instruction and 15 minutes of Q&A and opportunity for feedback from Coach Alyssa. Don’t worry if you can’t attend every session, we’ll record each one and send it out to you within 48 hours of class.
